| Los principales eventos reportados en el inventario histórico de Bolivia son las inundaciones, los deslizamientos, las epidemias y las sequías. Los efectos por inundaciones y deslizamientos se registran fundamentalmente durante el periodo de lluvias (noviembre-marzo), mientras que las epidemias de enero a marzo. Los incendios, por su parte, tienen ocurrencia a lo largo de todo el año, hay un ligero crecimiento en los meses mas secos (mayo a septiembre) y las sequias ocurren paralelas con el inicio las épocas de inundaciones (septiembre a diciembre).
